CC Expanding sealer
CC window drive is a SITAC and CE approved product for driving windows and doors! The product is recognized by professionals in the construction industry, in addition, even the home fixer can operate quickly and easily thanks to the product’s properties. The product consists of fine-pored, impregnated foam plastic that is 30 mm thick and is pressed together to a thickness of 2 mm.
Mounting: The drive is cut to a suitable length and inserted into the gap between the frame and the side piece. If the window/door is not fitted, use a staple gun (not staples) to attach the strip. At normal room temperature (21-22 °C), the strip expands to its full thickness in 1-3 hours. At colder temperatures, the strip expands slightly more slowly.
Advantages of CC expanding sealers:
- The strip remains elastic and the window can thus be adjusted afterwards without problems.
- Timesaving. Faster assembly compared to conventional drives.
- Safe! Does not contain isocyanates* (a poison-classified substance found in, for example, joint foam that is traditionally used).
- Multifunctional. Can be used just as well as a drive for doors or other gaps that need to be sealed.
What differs the CC expanding sealers (original). and the CC expanding sealers (adhesive)?
Answer: The difference is how you attach the drive when mounting! You attach the standard product with a staple gun, while the self-adhesive product has a sticky surface that attaches itself. Otherwise, all properties are the same.

CC expanding sealers is environmentally friendly and does not contain isocyanate*. Which means that the fitter does not have to use protective clothing or carry out continuous medical examinations.

CC window drives are available in widths from 20 mm to 850 mm. The normal width of the CC window drive is 60 mm. We usually have everything on the shelf with fast delivery via DHL. Should it happen that a width or thickness is desired that we do not have, just get in touch and order. All manufacturing takes place at our own factory in Falkenberg.
*Isocyanate is classified as poison according to AFS 1996:4 and the regulations for using the product are strict. It is found, among other things, in sealing materials, lacquers, glues and padding materials.
